Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines. This role involves performing repetitive tasks, responding to machine faults, and ensuring the high quality of assembled medical devices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Read and understand operational procedures.
Safely operate equipment according to company standards.
Start machines from a power-off state.
Perform work order setups and manage electronic records.
Operate machines to produce quality products at specified rates.
Read and interpret gauges and dials.
Diagnose and rectify machine faults and restart machines.
Complete production records and documentation.
Inspect and test products to ensure quality.
Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
Learn to operate multiple simple machines quickly.
Demonstrate flexibility in operating different simple machines.
Qualifications:
Ability to learn and operate simple machines.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.26 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
Experience:
- Cleanroom: 1 year (Required)
