Role: Program Manager (FP&A)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Successful candidates for this position will have extensive professional experience working with financial processes, project management, finance requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities. They will have developed a passion for delivering process improvement across the finance organization. They are expected to have a deep sense of ownership, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, drive positive change across the organization, and enhance partnerships between FP&A and various finance and IT groups.
• EPM Implementation has been moved to nice to have. As of now, the manager is ok to having candidates who are PMO but know how to speak and understand finance.
• FP&A requirement is a plus, like systems, but general finance experience is required
• PMO experience (PMO toolkit) is required to be able to deliver across a portfolio of FP&A projects and managing executive stakeholders
Technical Skills:
PMO Toolkit, strong project management experience, general finance knowledge, FP&A a plus, strong communication with internal stakeholders, decision making, documentation and process improvements, experience with PMO software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.Exposure to cloud based technology such as AWS.
You’ll work on automation projects and lead the coordination of designing processes and tools to make financial statement processes easier and more accurate.
You’ll operate as a valued consultant to partner with many different FP&A stakeholder teams.
