One of our leading Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Project Manager - Supply Chain, who will work closely with Supply Chain key team members guiding and managing strategic projects owned by client’s global and regional supply chain teams as well as partnering with project managers in other Technical Operations functions and sites: Quality, Process Development, and our Clinical and Commercial manufacturing sites.

Required Experience:

• Project Management technology and tools (5 Year)
• Supply Chain
• Pharma/Biotech/GXP Background

Responsibilities:

• Work with supply chain teams to define, plan, and implement projects to add capabilities, increase efficiency, and improve performance of client’s unique cell therapy supply chain
• Define and establish effective project team structure and resource requirements to successfully achieve project deliverables
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans to identify/communicate interdependencies as well as critical path activities across work streams
• Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Maintain project status and provide routine monthly reporting to Supply Chain and Tech Ops Key team members
• Responsible for administrative coordination of project related tasks such as maintaining team calendar and scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project team activities and decisions are clearly communicated, documented and archived
• Utilize change management principles to champion change for successful adoption and post project sustainment of changes introduced.
