- Ensure Suppliers are complying with Client’s policies
- Develop and maintaining the project management plan
- Work with stakeholders to develop requirements documentation
- Establish a communications plan; including establishing regular meetings to facilitate information flow
- Develop and maintain a roles and responsibilities matrix
- Develop and maintain the project schedule
- Coordinate and/or develop Statements of Work and Requests for Proposals with the assistance of the Design Manager
- Change management, reviewing changes for need and cost
- Manage project budget and ensuring spend plans are met
- Maintain monthly cashflow projections
- Ensure project design and implementation adheres to Client’s Facility Design Criteria
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Ensure Suppliers are complying with contractual requirements
- Ensure project documents are turned over to Client at the conclusion of the project
- Keep Client informed of project status
