The following is a list of key responsibilities that the candidate will assume:
Setup and configure x86 platforms
Develop and Execute Server System Validation Test plans (Operating Systems, Virtualization Environment, System Stress Applications)
Support lab debug activities.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Associates or Bachelor degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred, but not a requirement
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding of x86 and Server System Architecture, Operating Systems, Device Drivers, and BIOS ACPI
Experience with Scripting and Server Automation Tools (Ruby, Python, Perl, Ansible, Jenkins, …)
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and pronounced attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred OS requirements (install, set-up, configure and troubleshoot) MS Windows OS, Linux OS. X86 SW, Virtualization (VMware, Xen, KVM)
Strong understanding of Virtualization environments including SRIOV (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, Xen)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good organizational skills to plan, prioritize and manage assigned workload, and to efficiently execute multiple projects at the same time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
