Infrahire is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near Dallas, TX
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own the Sage Intacct financial reporting for all entities, including monthly intercompany transactions, consolidations, account reconciliations, recording journal entries
- Manage and record customer order fulfillment and collections
- Manage and record supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Liaison between customers, suppliers, sales team and the ERP (Sage Intacct)
- Generate routine financial reports to the Board
- Oversee system API/EDI integrations
- Drive initiatives for innovation and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger
- Texas licensed CPA or in-process CPA preferred
- Direct user experience with Sage Intacct a plus
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS excel
- Team player, humble, positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work with various personality types and situations, day-to-day duties flexibility
