- Minimum 2 years of relevant technical engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles, including both analog and digital design.
- Familiarity with CAD software for schematic design, PCB layout, and fab and assembly file generation.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools like LTSpice, PSpice, or TINA.
- Proficiency in using standard electronics test equipment including digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators.
- Adept at board/system level testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, specification, and documentation skills.
- Initiative-driven with a strong commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Experience with firmware (FPGA) development and simulation.
- Experience with Altium Designer.
- Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense standards and practices.
