InfraHire is looking for Experienced Staff Accountant in Paramount, CAResponsibilities
- General accounting functions include accounts receivables, accounts payable and job cost.
- Enter initial estimates into our ERP with accuracy.
- Review the A/R aging in collaboration with the Operations department, attend weekly meetings and assist with collections if needed.
- Maintain lien rights and file prelims.
- Prepare weekly reports for operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1 - 3 years of related experience (billing, accounts receivable, invoicing) and/or equivalent experience and education
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proficiency in analyzing and using data from multiple programs and websites
- Strong mathematical and attention to detail skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives
