InfraHire is looking for HR Assistant in Morrisville, NC. HR Assistant/Generalist
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function
- Provide clerical and administrative support to all the other departments
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities
- Coordinate HR projects and take meeting minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves etc.)
- Handle all complaints and grievances
- Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- MS Office knowledge
- Basic knowledge on Labor law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
