Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
- Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
- Provide leadership to paint estimating team
- Be a hands-on and reliable leader
- 5 years as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project manager
- Ability to understand, products, Production rates and services
- Planswift or other OnScreen takeoff Software power user
- Specific experience in commercial painting required
- Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
