- Overseeing and performing construction, repairs, maintenance and modifications of metal buildings
- Managing construction crews
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and owners
- Must have strong experience in metal building construction
- Should possess leadership and supervisory skills
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. OSHA 30 is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans is required
- Must have experience with construction equipment and tools
- Must have experience in rigging
- Must be able to operate equipment such as lull, man lift, scissor lift, and boom truck
- Must have experience in PEMB erection, repairs, and modifications including re-roofs, framed openings, expansions, sheeting and trim projects.
