Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trial Attorney at Nicolson Law Group. The Trial Attorney should have at least 8 years of trial experience and will be responsible for handling defense litigation, including tasks such as researching case law, drafting motions, representing clients in court trials, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice and guidance.
Qualifications
- Trials: A strong understanding of legal principles, courtroom procedures, and trial advocacy
- Motions, Depositions: Experience in drafting and arguing motions, as well as conducting depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar in California
- Prior experience in defense litigation is a plus
