Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes and activities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate warranty policies and procedures, setting consistent expectations with homebuyers, teammates, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Meet with homebuyers to review warranty items, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Prepare weekly warranty and punch list tracking sheets, updating homebuyers on the status.
- Coordinate the scheduling of suppliers and trades.
- Conduct homeowner walkthroughs as needed.
- Establish and adhere to specific goals for communicating timelines regarding warranty requests and their completion.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential construction practices, regulations, codes, and safety.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple job sites.
