- Provide technical leadership and support for overhead transmission design projects (69kV-500kV).
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Serve as primary technical contact for clients.
- Implement quality control processes and support proposal development.
- Coordinate project requirements and schedules across disciplines.
- Identify and communicate technical risks.
- Oversee production work to meet deliverable milestones.
- Develop processes and tools to increase team efficiency.
- Create and facilitate training courses for project teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead project teams effectively.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in scheduling and budgeting.
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 7 years' related transmission line design experience.
- Professional engineering license (PE) required.
- Consulting or utility experience preferred.
