Infuse Hospitality is Hiring a Bartender/Server - NOA Near Minneapolis, MN

The Concept: noa is a California-inspired eatery serving chef-crafted and seasonal fare in an inviting space filled with warmth and energy. This 240-seat concept offers upscale, yet approachable menu items, developed by a talented team of chefs from Infuse Hospitality. Noa boasts earthy tones throughout and will be flooded with natural light, bringing a comfortable space to guests year-round.

*3 shifts minimum a week must be open to Saturday scheduling*

All Members of the Infuse Hospitality Team are expected to:

  • Serve our guests, team, and vendor partners with passion and care

  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are never compromised.
  • Following all operational policies & procedures including those in the Infuse Team Handbook.

As a Server, you are responsible for maintaining a pleasant and positive atmosphere for guests in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Take orders from guests for food and beverages
  • Inform guests of daily specials
  • Answer questions about the restaurant and menu items, making recommendations upon request
  • Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
  • Gain insights to a guests’ dining preferences through verbal and nonverbal cues
  • Serve food or beverages to guests, and prepare or serve specialty at tables as required
  • Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • Handle guest complaints or challenges with a positive attitude
  • Prepare checks and collect payments from guests
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff and management

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • 2 years of server experience. High volume experience is a plus!
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of food and beverage (including wine, beer and pairings)
  • Food Handler & Alcohol Serving Certification
  • Good communication skills, able to have effortless conversations and be comfortable interacting with guests
  • Flexibility when working alternating shifts (i.e. variety of hours, days, nights, weekends)
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
