Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri. Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care.

We are currently looking for a Clinical Manager to help support our Director of Nursing with managing our infusion centers across Southern California. Please see below for a list of the centers' location.

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing hands-on management, education, and leadership to our team of healthcare professionals across multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This role requires extensive travel to various locations to oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote a culture of excellence in patient care.

This role is expected to travel to the assigned centers across Southern California.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in infusion therapy or related field.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in infusion therapy, including vascular access devices and infusion-related complications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals at each infusion center.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

2. Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

3. Education and Training

  • Develop and deliver educational and training sessions for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in infusion therapy, patient assessment, and treatment protocols.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support and guidance to ensure competency and proficiency among team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in infusion therapy through continuing education and professional development.

4. Operational Efficiency and Resource Management

  • Collaborate with operational teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track center performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in resource allocation and inventory management to support effective resource utilization.

5. Patient Advocacy and Customer Service

  • Serve as a patient advocate and champion of excellent customer service, ensuring that patietns receive personalized care and support throughout their infusion therapy.
  • Address patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner. Collaborate with Director of Nursing when needed.
  • Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and dignity in all patient interactions, fostering trust and loyalty among our patient community.

The annual salary for this role is expected to be between $85,000 - $95,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
