ING Australia is Hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst Near Sydney, FL
You’re a self-starter and a problem solver, who likes to engage and develop strong partnership with all areas of the business. You’re flexible and comfortable working at a conceptual level, e.g. Ideation/Discovery and also at a detailed level, e.g. interface data mapping. Perfect role for someone who has a client focused attitude with analytical skills and result oriented strategic thinking.
What You’ll Do… …
- Manage the end to end scoping, requirements, testing and implementation
- Work closely with business to ensure product backlog is ready, visible and the squad understand delivery priorities
- Escalate risks and issues to relevant project stakeholders , and facilitate the resolution
- Undertake effective risk management at all levels including overall delivery, feature delivery, vendor management, dependency management and story card completion
- Experience in a technical business analyst or delivery role
- Demonstrated experience in working and managing timely delivery of complex projects with team spread across geographical locations
- Ability to understand business requirements, technical design and solution and application architecture
- Strong analytical skills are required as understanding of complex back office processes are required
- Experience working with multiple types of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.)
