- Handling and management of change control system involving initiation, review, approval and closure activities.
- Provide the necessary support to the regulatory department in filing the Annual reports.
- Handling of the artwork preparation and revision activities.
- Assist and provide support during the FDA inspections and customer audits.
- Support regulatory personnel in filing the NDA, ANDA, and Supplemental ANDA filings.
- Track and follow up the Pharmacovigilance activities like queries (MIR), PQC and adverse events, Safety Data Exchange Agreement.
- Handling of shipment activities.
- Supervise and support document flow management like issuance, retrieval, archival, and destruction.
- Preparation, review and revision of standard operating procedures.
- Provide support on Pragma-WFM work flow management across the departments for the responsible areas.
- Material or Product information management in SAP.
- Assistance in conducting annual cGMP training program.
- Any other activities as arise per the requirement.
