Our US operations are housed on our state-of-the-art manufacturing and marketing campus in Rockford, Illinois. We are currently accepting applications for a Tool Set-Up / Tool Inspector.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Accurate building of tooling assemblies utilizing blueprints/set-up instructions with limited supervision or assistance
• Use of precision measuring equipment including; Zoller, Digital Height Gage, Optical comparator, Caliper, Micrometer, Precision Scale
• Basic understanding and implementation of quality philosophies and practices

Skills/Qualifications:

• Entry level machine operator (grinding a plus)
• Tool crib attendant
• Basic math
• Some blueprint reading
• Multi-tasking
• Self-starter
• Experience working in a team environment
• Mechanically inclined

This is a full-time 1st shift position with intermittent overtime requirements based on workflow demands, including long shifts and weekend work.
