Responsibilities :

Patient Reception and Check-Out : Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the registration process, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.

Oversee the check-out process, including scheduling follow-up appointments and providing any necessary documentation.

• Payment Collection : Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing credit card payments and providing receipts.
• Phone Management : Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in using EMR and PM software (EMA / Modernizing Medicine preferred)
• Must have previous experience working in a medical office setting

Work Hours :

Tuesday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.
