Ken Grody Ford is seeking a motivated andcustomerfocused individual to join our team as an AutomotiveInternet Sales Specialist.

In this role you will respond to andnurture inbound Internet inquiries follow up with potentialcustomers and close sales online and instore.

This could be theperfect opportunity if you love cars and enjoy working in afastpaced environment. All of our existing Internet SalesAssociates are making six figures.

This is a commissionbasedposition. Currently over 650 internet inquiries permonth.

Responsibilities :

• Respondto online inquiries and leads promptly
• Provideinformation about vehicles pricing and promotions to potentialcustomers
• Schedule appointments for test drivesand follow up with customers after theirvisit
• Negotiate and close sales deals online orover the phone
• Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions andtransactions

Qualifications :

• Previousexperience in sales or customer service ispreferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish ispreferred
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
• Strongcomputer skills and familiarity with online salesplatforms
