About The JobThe Business Analyst will play a critical role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Navigate and manage challenging client processes to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement solutions to address business needs, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Create detailed business cases, project plans, and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed.
- Work on-site 5 days a week to collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in a mid or senior role.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with geospatial network inventory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, and requirements management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and a solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and critically.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and gathering/documenting requirements.
- Ability to work closely with development teams to materialize requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience with interfacing technologies, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Able to articulate solutions clearly and navigate complex client processes effectively.
