What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a dedicated and reliable Part-Time with the opportunity to advance Apartment Cleaner to join our team in Alexandria, MN. As an Apartment Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.
Job Description: (Including but not limited to)
- Clean and maintain the community/common areas of the property
- Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month)
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prior experience in cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
