What We’re Looking ForINH Properties is seeking a Full-Time responsible Maintenance Technician for a new construction apartment building in Monticello, MN. The candidate must have building maintenance experience, be CPO certified or willing to take the class and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.
Job Responsibilities
- Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
- Grounds upkeep and snow removal
- Interior painting
- Plumbing
- Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
- Cleaning/maintaining common areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
- Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standard
- Attending and engaging in weekly meetings to discuss upcoming move-ins, move-outs, and overall property expectations
- Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins
- All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
- 2 years in multi-family housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
- A valid Driver's License
- CPO Certificate
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Hourly, with expectation to work approximately 40 hours/week.
- Pay range - $25 - $30 and hour depending on experience.
