You will have experience in key account management, driving continued customer excellence and developing new opportunities for growth.
This role is for someone who has experience with building relationships (internal and client), an enthusiasm for thinking creatively to complete projects whilst working in a collaborative agency environment.
You will work with both senior & junior team members and your primary daily role will be to oversee account projects and be the daily contact with clients, providing them with both strategic counsel (with support from senior managers) and tactical execution.
You will work across accounts to support several main accounts across Inizio Engage XD.
Experience in within agency (commercial or medical affairs) is recommended preferably working with Pharmaceutical clients
We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.
