This seamless integration enhances client care, increases case values, and improves patient satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to drive our growth and expand our reach within the legal community.

Job Role

Patient Case Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including consultations and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate appointment details to patients, providing necessary instructions, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinics, and facilities to secure appropriate appointment slots and optimize patient scheduling.
  • Initiate outbound calls to insurance providers to obtain coverage information.
  • Negotiate medical balances as needed with third parties.
  • Maintain organized reports.

Patient Advocacy and Support:

  • Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies.
  • Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care, including medication access

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including scheduling information, medication details, and communication logs.
  • Ensure compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.

Experience

  • 1 year experience in Personal Injury Case Management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
  • Bilingual (preferred - Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
