Job Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and cultivate relationships with personal injury law firms.
Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of Injury Rx for both law firms and their clients.
Close new business agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Manage existing client relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Marketing:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Injury Rx within the legal industry.
Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content.
Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote Injury Rx.
Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
Strategy:
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications:
