Job Overview:
Are you a recent law school graduate who has just passed the bar and is eager to start your legal career? Do you need support in building your practice and attracting clients? IPA is here to help! Responsibilities:
- **Client Interaction:** Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to personal injury, family law, traffic, criminal defense, traffic violations, and civil litigation.
- **Case Management:** Manage a caseload of clients referred by IPA, ensuring timely and effective handling of each case.
- **Legal Research and Documentation:** Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court proceedings.
- **Client Acquisition:** Work with IPA's marketing and client acquisition teams to understand client needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Professional Development:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs offered by IPA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor (BA) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must have passed the bar exam and be licensed to practice law in your respective state.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Passion: A genuine desire to help clients and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
- Motivation:Self-starter with the ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
