Inked Brands is seeking a merchandising guru who will support our ecommerce team in setting up new items on our websites. We work with niche brands to scale their businesses by analyzing and optimizing product assortment for both the ecommerce and wholesale sales channels. As Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll need to be highly analytical, stay tuned in to what our customers love, and understand how merchandising is integral to their experience. You’ll work on-site at our Bowling Green, KY office during normal business hours and work collaboratively with our team to procure the information you need.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the creation and editing of products on Inked Brands’ websites and wholesale third party selling platforms.
• Maintain merchandising standards to improve the shopping experience for customers, including site navigation, category and collection creation, product upsells and SEO optimization.
• Take ownership and responsibility for smooth operation of large ecommerce events including reveals, sneaks, pre-order fulfillment, etc.
• Assist in execution of clearance sales, maximizing inventory turn.
• Manage the creation and editing of home pages and shop landing pages on Inked Brands’ websites.
• Manage content requests for photography, promo banners, home pages and shop landing pages.
• Develop strategy and monitor relevant key performance indicators.
• Suggest new functionality or processes enabling better customer experience or more efficient operational processing.
• Provide support to team in other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture and continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytic skills.
• Passion for your role in our customer’s experience and commitment to personal work ethic.
• Retail experience, especially in ecommerce, is a plus!
