Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
