Job Title: Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for order processing and handling payments
- Sales skills for upselling menu items and promoting specials
- Understanding of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with chefs
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques is advantageous

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
