Job DescriptionDescription:The position will have 2 primary functions:

- Handle ALL of the local IT needs:
- Build/Maintain Microsoft based laptops/desktops
- Create/Modify accounts and permissions in AD and several 3rd party applications
- Troubleshoot user issues with Windows and other applications
- Order, configure, and maintain company cell phones
- Maintain printers including print server, toner replacement, and connection issues
- Manage warehouse equipment including ruggedized PCs, Thermal Transfer printers, and wireless bar code guns
- Light on-call possible for user issues/tier 1 after initial training period
- Manage systems that support the entire company:
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration including Onedrive, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and Teams
- Meraki Switch/AP configuration and troubleshooting
- Windows Server Administration
- VXRail/VMWare server support
- Symantec Endpoint Protection client/server administration
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration
- Ringcentral IP Phone administration
- 3rd party application/server administration
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in technical related field or 2 years in a similar position
- Experience troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and administrating Microsoft workstations connected to a domain.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
- Minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
