THE OPPORTUNITY
The Regional Human Resources Manager – US Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Human Resources department and its associated programs the region. This position is accountable for working directly with leaders to proactively address the current and future needs of the business with an objective of increasing overall organizational capability and effectiveness. Primary deliverables include providing counsel and advice to managers and guidance to individual employees; developing and delivering all related programs applicable to the region and driving initiatives to ensure compliance. The position also serves as a change agent and liaison between management and employee groups.
This position is located at our US corporate office in Montebello, CA and will travel as required to California branch locations.
