Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Cutter Operator to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel's, and Coors Light. Location : 2009 West Ave S. La Crosse, WI 54601
Starting Wage: $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour
Shift: Rotating nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
- Week One: Sunday - Wednesday
- Week Two: Monday - Wednesday
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
- Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
- Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
