Who Is InlandInland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Cutter Operator to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel’s, and Coors Light. Location: 2009 West Ave S. La Crosse, WI 54601Starting Wage: $20.00/hourShift: Rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pmWork Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

- Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Week Two: Wednesday - Friday
- Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
- Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
