This is a full-time, on-site, business-to-business sales role at Inland Logistix, a freight and logistics brokerage based in Salt Lake City. We are growing and searching for talented salespeople who will help Inland Logistix continue that growth.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing leads into customer accounts that will be part of the Account Manager's protected book of business. Once accounts are established, the Account Manager will provide consistently excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster and preserve an ongoing, mutually beneficial relationship. 

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and desire to both gain and utilize new knowledge – coachable
• Lead generation and development skills – not afraid to cold call
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industry, effectively prioritizing multiple job tasks
• Account management, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software, internet, etc.)
• Experience in sales or in the logistics industry is not required, but a plus

Available Pay Structures

• $45,000/year base salary plus uncapped commission (W-2 employees)
• Commission only (experienced freight brokers only)
