Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with computers and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Maintain schedule and update patient information in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous in office experience preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling or similar software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
