Job Title: Customer Service Associate / Cashier/manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product demonstrations when needed
- Utilize excellent sales skills to promote products and maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
