INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a freelance [Web] Analyst to join our growing team!

This is a long-term freelance role through the end of the year.

We are a hybrid workplace x2 days week onsite. Local candidates preferred, but will consider remote in the US only.

We are looking for a mid-level Analyst with 3-5 years of experience implementing web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Tealium). Ad agency experience preferred.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Create and maintain tracking architecture, implementation of tagging, and validation of measurement techniques across client digital properties
• Interface with clients and various stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide innovative data-driven solutions
• Interface with development teams to assist in troubleshooting analytics related javascript
• Develop tracking architecture for digital initiatives and campaigns, producing technical specifications to provide to analytics developers and other development resources for implementation
• Identify opportunities to integrate data collection across online and offline measures by leveraging APIs or other solutions
• Remain current on industry changes, especially related to data privacy regulations
• Educate clients and other colleagues on how data is collected and processed, and which data may be related to various regional data privacy concerns
• Coordinate tag management implementation through Tealium or similar tools
• Validate tag management releases using debugging tools; experience with QA automation tools, such as ObservePoint a plus
• Administrate tag management tool including establishing approval processes for release management

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience implementing web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Tealium)
• Ad Agency experience supporting multiple clients and scoping preferred
• Web/app (Javascript, HTML, CSS) development
• Experience working with APIs and reading vendor documentation
• Experience implementing and using website personalization tools to create customer experiences and tests
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to identify and adapt to audiences of different technical levels
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $120,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience, training and/or transferable skills and client.
