We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Marketing Representative. In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, managing leads, and fostering relationships with both current and potential customers. This position involves a combination of inside sales responsibilities, including calling lists, managing leads, executing email campaigns, managing and expanding our presence on social media, and keeping in touch with our current client base.

A professional demeanor and appearance must always be maintained in person and in all forms of communication while interacting with coworkers, clients, and other trades. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists
  • Engage with current customers to maintain and strengthen relationships
  • Manage and organize leads, and monitor lead progress
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve targets
  • Implement and monitor email campaigns to generate interest and leads
  • Develop and explore potential opportunities / ideas for new lead generation
  • Create and posts and manage social media presence
  • Grow social media following and engagement on all social media platforms
  • Provide support in the development and execution of sales strategies
  • Provide feedback and reporting to the President and Sales Manager
  • Other duties as apparent or assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be an initiative-taker and driven
  • Proficiency with quick books and Microsoft Office products are a requirement
  • Skilled in time management
  • Comfortable presenting to the senior team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility, including occasional availability to be responsive to email in off-hours and weekends
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus
  • Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
