Title: Business Analyst with Enterprise Wires experience (ony W2)

Location: Charlotte, NC-3 days in office 2 days remote

Contract/fulltime: 6 months (with possible extension)

Job Description:

• Act as Business Requirements and User Stories Owner supporting Enterprise suite of products.
• Serve as Product subject matter expert, managing analysis, requirements/user stories, and post-install validation plans.
• Utilize development methodology tools (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Jira, SDLC, Clarity, Confluence, etc.).
• Supports applications for Enterprise Wires.
• Manages user stories, stakeholder engagement, technical requirement translation, and post-implementation validation plans.
• Engages with stakeholders across Operations, Project Management, UAT, and other peripheral systems.

An ideal candidate will:

• Develop requirements/user stories in applicable tools (Kanban backlog, Jira Boards, ALM, SDLC, etc.).
• Oversees product strategy and lifecycle, prioritizes intake for development cycle/Kanban process, and serves as an escalation point.
• Manages Wire Operations, Wire Investigations, SWIFT Communications/Wires Implementation, and Business Interruption Support Services.
• Responsible for QA and UAT testing of all developed requirements/stories.

Required Skills:

• 4 years of experience
• Banking background, specifically with wires
• Strong business analysis experience
• Knowledge of ISO 20022
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
