Hybrid in Newark, NJ

Immediate opening in Newark, NJ with one of the largest Financial Services & Investment Management corporations in the world.

PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:

· Previous experience as a Campus Recruiter, Campus/University Recruiter and/or College Recruiter is required

· Experience recruiting from Universities etc.

· Experience in setting up job fairs and other job events

· Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

· At least 2-5 years recent experience

· Will be required to work hybrid and therefore requires to reside within commuting distance of Newark, NJ

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

· Location: Newark, NJ

· Duration: 6 Months

· Hourly Pay: $40.00/hr

· Description:

As a Campus Recruiter, you’ll support the broader team in executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy and cycle.

Partner with Recruiters on virtual and on-campus event management and execution.

Manage applicant flow through ATS and other recruitment systems, including screening candidates for basic qualifications, initiating candidate assessments, and notifying candidates of status updates as needed.

Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which could include virtual interviews, panels, in-person or career hiring events.

Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Other recruiting administrative tasks as assigned.
