Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Contract Specialist, you will:

• Document and track the lifecycle of each client agreement and contract using Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint.
• Draft assigned client agreements timely to meet internal SLAs
• Triage agreement and contract requests to team members for handling
• Process onboarding agreements and forms, ensuring that the documentation has been received completely and accurately.
• Work with Client Implementation and Account Management to obtain any missing or incomplete/incorrect documentation, keeping track of where we are in the process for each client. Onboarding agreements and forms will need to be processed timely to meet internal SLAs
• Process requests for access to PHI, ensuring that the appropriate agreements are in place prior to approving
• Attend meetings with internal business partners, giving then updates on status of agreements/contracts/forms for each client

The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced competency in MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Adobe PDF editor.
• Previous technical, legal, or contracts writing experience preferred
• Experience in health insurance preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $34 - $36 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
