Immediate opening in downtown Pittsburgh, PA with one of the largest and oldest Financial & Investment Services corporations in the world.

PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:

· 2-4 years recent corporate work experience with a Financial Services, Investment or Banking institution

· Previous experience in a Call Center or Contact Center environment

· Must have professional communication skills

· Previous client services, investment services, financial services, customer support, client support or banking operations experience is required

· Understanding or experience in investor relations, retirement accounts, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity or overall investment services knowledge is a huge plus!

· Must reside within communication distance of Pittsburgh and will be required to report onsite 3x a week, and 2x a week remote

· Previous experience as a Transfer Agent would be ideal!

· Recent college graduates are welcome to apply!

· Hours/Shift will be Mon to Fri (Open to 8-10hr shifts; Start & End times ranging between 11am-12am (all applicants must be flexible to work between these shifts) (Applicants scheduled for 10-hour shifts will work 4 days a week, and all 8 hr shifts will work 5 days a week)
