ENTERPRISE DATA OPERATOR IN SOUTH BEND, IN
Volt is immediately hiring for an Enterprise Data Operator in South Bend, IN.
As an Enterprise Data Operator, you will be:
Responsible for maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Responsible for detecting errors using verifying procedures and making changes as instructed.
Responsible for proofreading and editing own work and exercises some judgment in determining letter and report formats.
Responsible for maintaining records of data input.
Responsible for providing key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing, and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
Responsible for making standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
Responsible for gathering, compiling, and verifying information and entering it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
Responsible for participating in associate meetings and communicating any concerns to management.
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Require the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
May transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format.
Microsoft Office
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
