Position Title : Loan Workout Specialist-Contract

Duration : 13 Months

Location : West Des Moines Iowa (Hybrid)

As a(n) you will be :

• Supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset / collect balances for credit cards and loans.
• Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system.
• Partner with up to 14 different law firms / legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads.
• Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Legal administration / support experience
• Ability to combine documents in Adobe Reader
• User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
• Working knowledge of legal civil procedures

Pay Range* : $23 / hr - $27 / hr >

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
