Title: Marketing Consultant

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Minneapolis, MN (3 days in/2 days remote)

Job Description :

The Marketing on Demand (MOD) tool delivers a fully integrated and centralized marketing solution for Client's line of business partners. It provides customization of marketing materials while maintaining brand standards and design integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design systems, dashboards, and templates for the MOD tool.
• Produce technically sound, content-correct files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards.
• Execute revisions, edits, modifications, resizing, and other adjustments to previously completed work.
• Consistently apply established design principles and brand standards to all assignments.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.
• Utilize the job management system to manage workload and production time for each project.
• Manage and prioritize workload based on job deadlines.

An ideal candidate have:

• 2 years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (e.g., Mobile or Social Media)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite production applications, including but not limited to InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of interrelated aspects of marketing, advertising, design, and production.
• Deep understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Deep understanding of corporate brand standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-direction and initiative.
• A commitment to working as part of a team.

Pay Range*: <Between $35 - $45per hour on W2> *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
