Position Type: Fulltime/ Contract

Duration: 06 Months (Temp to Hire)

Location: Houston, TX - 77002 (Hybrid Role)

3 Days Remote, 2 Days Onsite

As a Loan Servicing Specialist:

· 2 – 3 years of experience working with loans in operations/servicing handling the posting of mortgage payments, the calculation of interest accruals, the reconciliations within Investor Accounting.

· Learn to read agent bank notices.

· Understand the difference between principal and interest.

· Any experiences with loans on the servicing side.

· No underwriters - looking for experience in loan payments.

· Investor accounting.

· Bloomberg experience would be a

Pay Range*: $18/hr. - $20.67/hr. on w2.
