Title: Scrum Master

Job Type: Contract /Fulltime on W2 Duration: 13 Months Location: Charlotte , NC : Hybrid 3 days in /2days remote

As a Scrum Master you will:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Scrum or Agile.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges that require research evaluation and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel.

An ideal candidate should have:

• Kanban experience.
• Ability to escalate issues and exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution.
• SDLC System Development Life Cycle experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with one or more Agile tools for tracking user stories or backlogs such as JIRA.
