As a Senior Director Finance Professional you will:

Job Description:

What you will do:

• Deliver large, complex franchise, enterprise, and strategic projects across multiple functions, sites, and regions.
• Accountable for project team execution, processes, and capabilities within the Cell Therapy SAP project implementation for finance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, other functional project managers, other project leads, Cell Therapy teams, subject-matter experts, key partners, functional leads, contract manufacturing organizations, outside testing labs, site, and senior management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters in finance, Engineering, Science, or related operations/manufacturing field
• Minimum 10 years of Finance, Project Management experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharma or GMP industry; must be familiar with pharma or biopharma GMP
• Demonstrated track record of success in delivering strategic, complex, cross-functional, and multi-site projects on time, on budget, and to committed deliverables to generate significant business value.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and people development capabilities.
• Takes appropriate initiative and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong team management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast pace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry in a manufacturing, technical, or related role
• Technology transfer, manufacturing scale-up, or new product launch experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Business process design, deployment, and change management experience
• Experience working globally, leading virtual teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience presenting to or communicating with senior management
• Project Management certification (PMP)
• Previous experience successfully leading others
• Knowledge of SAP Finance module (FICO), have been involved in an implementation is a plus
• Good understanding of financial processes in a large enterprise (intercompany, transfer taxes, order to cash)
• Experience with manufacturing finance (master data, cost accounting)

Requirement

• Candidate must have extensive knowledge of SAP Finance/Ops modules.
• Candidate must have experience in cost accounting and biologics manufacturing.
• Candite must have experience in working on Large complex SAP project implementations.
• Candidate needs to have Biologics experience and manufacturing.
• Desire candidate will need to have 10 years of experience in Finance/Cost Accounting
• Desire candidate will need to have experience in working with finance share service model
• Desire candidate must be able to work in matrix organization
• Degree: CPA/MBA preferred
• (Science/Finance/Accounting)

• The ideal candidate will have : Experience in finance, specifically in system implementation (SAP is a must).
